Please allow time for colleges to receive and process your transcript before requesting additional copies.

If you need a transcript for the Common Application, please do not use this form. You will need to invite your counselor through the Common Application process and then connect your school link profile to the Common Application website. Contact your counselor if you have questions.

Requesting transcripts during the summer - these will be monitored periodically by available staff on campus while counseling staff are out of the building.
