Josiah Thurston - ELA/Social Studies Teacher

I received my bachelor’s degree from George Fox University and my Masters in Teaching from the University of Washington. 

I live in Olympia with my wife (Melody), three kids (Faith, Westley, and Luella), a dog (Nessie), thirteen chickens (mostly unnamed), and a few cows from time to time. 

I have been known to teach English, World History, US History, and Theater, though not at the same time. 

I enjoy reading, tea, singing and making things out of wood.

Obtuve mi licenciatura en la Universidad George Fox y mi maestría en Enseñanza en la Universidad de Washington.

Vivo en Olympia con mi esposa (Melody), mis tres hijos (Faith, Westley y Luella), una perra (Nessie), trece gallinas (la mayoría sin nombre) y, de vez en cuando, algunas vacas.

He impartido clases de inglés, historia universal, historia de los Estados Unidos y teatro, aunque no todas al mismo tiempo.

Disfruto de la lectura, el té, cantar y trabajar la madera.
